What book can help with emotional control?

        In order to really master emotions, we must  learn “the self”. Understand  that fact that you feel a certain way. Comprehending what you feel and controlling the outburst  can make  an extremely attractive personality. Once you are in control of this sector, you can be ready for any opportunity life throws at you. This will increase your emotional intelligence. Did you know about Emotional Intelligence  before?  It’s a new amazing subject compared to the concept of IQ. I have a book that has changed my life in the arena of relationships whether an old or new one you are about to have at this very second. That’s correct! It helped me initiate and maintain conversations with random people! I am what people call reserved. And with that in mind, I really needed it.

       Techniques:
       The red, yellow and green light technique is very effective for controlling impulses. Another one is SOCS technique. Also, the book gives you the mentality to be more docile, and assertive as opposed to aggressive and angry.  There are more useful techniques you will find out when you buy the book.

What improved for me?

      My attitude changed. I was able to handle dissappointments, disagreements better. I can manage anger better. I can motivate myself out of a depressed state. Reading this book has helped me gain an understanding of the relationship between the mind and the body.

What are some great self-help books?

     All of us know we can not go on like this forever because we are going to ground zero.  We thought about creating a dream, safe haven, or a place where everything is within our control, but the reality is everything goes against us. This is resistance to help us craft individuality.

      I had troubles and struggles. I thought of ways of making life better, and ended in disappointment. 
I had to fall a hundred times to get up. But honestly getting up was extremely difficult because of the view of the world.

        My because above is what holds the answer. It's called my view. They have great books out there that can help deal with self-development. Many people out have gone to great places due to just embracing the thoughts of these books.

What are the forces that move us? Willpower vs. Enthusiasm

push force - Willpower- We have to push ourselves whether we like to do something or not. This takes a great amount of energy, which can drain you mentally. At some point, the energy and power wears out.

Pull force- Enthusiasm
This force pulls you forward. It is towards something you are passionate about and does not take that much energy. In a way, it is a force of attraction.
 In order to really get this train going, you must start off with 0 or a flat line.
That means if you are negative, you must be positive. Bringing positivity comes from your change of attitude. I know it all falls back on attitude.


Most of the time I try to use the pull force. It is better if you work smarter than harder. Or you should work hard the right way.


In the end, it is up to us what forces we allow to influence us.

How do you build a great-working relationship with your boss?

       A great-working relationship with your boss sets you up for a success at your work place. When it comes to any advancement or opportunity, he or she will reach out to you. The reason is because you have built a great relationship with him.


Here is where the Hows come in:

How is it done?

Mastering expressiveness-

     All of this starts off with your facial expressions and body language. You have to have a great smile when you walk in. In your mind, the why to the smile is because he has given you a job. A great handshake shows that you are not any normal individual. It means he has met the right person.  In a way, it shows you are the chosen one to run his operations.  The greatness in the handshake comes in the firmness of the handshake. You do not want to give the fish hands or the flimsy handshake.  The firmness exhibits you have control in your actions. Hence, he knows your action in the work place will do the talking.



                                         A firm handshake tells what kind of man you are.


Managing emotions

After the period you get the job, you want to tell serious things ain not-so-serious tone. Otherwise, he will consider you as a waste of energy. He wants to deal with someone who is emotionally stable. Bringing in emotions curtails the momentum he wants to move forward with.  A question of “how are you?” is very essential to know how you would manage yourself in his presence. If he is upset, you know you must be on your game no matter what. If he is happy, do your work as usual without the extreme perception of stress. Stay cool, calm and collective.  They will be very impressed with someone who has the ability to compose himself or manage his emotions.   

            Realize that any fear that arises is just a figment of your imagination. You must confront that fear. Relax it is not a big deal.  Why do get bothered by something that you do not even know with a great surety?



                          Calmness is what will help you win over the boss. Do not be like this guy.


Showing reliability

                To show that you are reliable, you have to be punctual. You can only be reliable if you are there every minute. Being upfront will show you your reliability to him. Let them know when you have to take off or not. Look at him in the eyes.  The strong eye contact shows him you are a worthy person to deal with.  Reliability is shown by the control you give the boss by bringing things in his knowledge.

 Understanding Personality

         There are bosses that have dominating personalities and they test you for some funny reason. See it as a game. Play your best before you get knocked out.  It is very necessary to understand his personality. He may joke in a manner that you have no idea about. It can piss you off if his humor is outside your knowledge. It can lead to termination. Understand him and dominate his ways.



Having the right mindset

        The right mindset can be equated to attitude.  Just thing about the mindset, if you were to go out hunting for a deer, then you are not going to think about resting. Full attention will be required.  It can happen that the deer can give you the run for your money because you do not have the attitude of a hunter, but of someone who wants to slack off.  When you are in your boss’ presence, you want to get ready to work.  The boss wants to see if you can do some damage. Obviously, I meant damage in a good way.



                    The right mindset will aid you in operating in appropriate way in your boss’ presence.

You need the attitude that “I am the greatest being alive and have your back.”  Understanding things from his perspective is essential.

Seeing him as a normal individual

The common mentality is that the boss is someone who you should fear because he is at another level. To my and your knowledge, we are both flesh , blood and a bag of air. We do not need to put him on a pedestal. That is why we cannot have a normal conversation with him or her.  As we do converse with him, you must duplicate his great communication skills because it will get you ahead in life.


The negatives presented to you do not allow us to confront going outside the comfort zone of building the relationship with your boss.

How do you get motivated when times are tough in life?



            Motivation in today’s era can be really difficult during the tough times in life. The perfect ideal world is where things are just given to you. You get the perfect car (Audi R8), the perfect house (big mansion) and the perfect girl.  Of course, the reality is we have to work for this. If things were just given to you, life would be boring, dull and tasteless. But in reality, we live in a life with long drives in traffic or a jammed train system, and pockets are shallow to not support even the most basic of needs. This constant struggle leaves a grand frown on your face. If you perceive yourself as having the ideal world, then you will be happy. What you perceive can be different from the barren land, but your perception can help you set you in the right direction. Your perception is brightened by your attitude.  With focus, goals and a great group of friends, you can take your vehicle on a great path through the tough times. 


Attitude is the partner of motivation.


          With a great mindset or attitude you can go forward.  Attitude or the way you perceive the world can have a great effect on the way you talk and walk.  In slang terms,  we  call it “swagger”. Attitude is a lending hand to motivation. When you lose your attitude, it is hard to motivate yourself.  According to my medical knowledge, the prefrontal cortex is the faculty of the brain that gives you motivation. It creates the internal light. There are some great tips you can use to maintain your attitude and cuddle this rejuvenating light.

When times are tough, we fall down a thousand times.  We have to act like a brother or father to pick us back up.  I know I have fallen down many times and lifted myself up. You not only have to have a great attitude, but you must maintain it consistently. In order to do that you have to understand your psychology, what things you say or do has a positive effect on your mind. For example, I walk like a Tom Cruise and talk like an astounding motivational speaker. These patterns of walking and talking  positively feeds into your mind creating a positive state of mind. Focus

You do need to focus to get things accomplished in your life  in the worst of times.  You have to be present in time and operate with great optimism.  When you are not focused, you are way off from your target. Indifference and mentality are other great things that help in focusing.   Indifference  is when you are non-reactive to any sort  of stimulus whether it's something that is saddening or makes you smile.

 Goals are essentials to get yourself going.
The origin of this motivation comes from goals. When we have set goals or things we want to accomplish, time is worth it. Setting goals aid in the management of time and energy. This is what drives us or gets us closer to the end of what we want. The curiousity   as to where you see yourself  in 5 or 10 years is the energy  that pushes you along the way. So go home tonight  or if you are already  sitting at your table at home, write  down goals.  You want to take care of each day. A plan of goals makes a  productive day. Big tough times seem small when you get rid of tasks or errands one at a time. You have to comprehend the logic  that a  large piece is a sum of many  small pieces. If you see everything in life with this logical reasoning, grand things in life will seem miniature. 
                                                                         Goals are achieved one step at time. 

Circle of Influence
You also need a positive circle of influence  or the type of people you can assocate yourself with. The circle of influence  is like the ground for growth.You want to become like these individuals because they have conditioned  themselves not to hold on to bad habits and make great habits. Theses individuals know that these great habits help them in the long run.  We can grow with them at a personal level, become  social beings and gain the understanding  to find solutions to problems.  You become a product of the great habits you picked up. It allows to cope with the challenges of the tough times.  Lets take this for example:  I used to spend money without thinking about it. As a result, that financially set me back. With my group of friends, I learned how to budget and manage money.

When you feel like giving up, what do you do?!! This is what you do!


                        There has been times in life I felt like giving up, but I came back in great shape. This is something we are tested day in and day out. What keeps us going? is persistence. Persistance can be considered as  a heavy word. It feels like it takes forever, but what I am about to share is absolutely possible.  YOU WANT TO FIND OUT HOW YOU CAN DEAL WITH THIS, right??? Well below are the necessary tools that will give you great strength in life.

1 . You:Yes  It is !
   Me: Great! That means you will be happy to find out  some useful tool. 
2. No I am the beast of persistence, but I will still want to know what you got to say. 


Tools you need to deal with the long wait. 

                 These are the following things you need to master persistence:

1 Great Attitude-
 You want to have the best view of the thing, person or situation. Persistence can start affecting people because it is a test of time period in the hope that something will come around. When you have a great attitude, you see how the long wait will be ending soon. 2. Clarity of thought
- When the mind  is filled with many thoughts , you do not  know what to handle.  Momentarily, you want to forget  everything . Obviously , it will fill up like a glass of water. Something that is once filled must be  emptied.      3. Maintain that great attitude. 
We might get pumped up at the beginning of our trip of persistence. We are upbeat and friendly , but that fire goes down . You need to rekindle  that same fire. Devising mental tricks would be the  best way to conquer your attitude. Maintaining that tempo at the beginning  of the day does not daunt you from opportunities that must be handled the right way  in the journey of persistence. 
What are the mental tricks?
A. You want to make commands for your mind. 

When it comes to negative thoughts or doubts, you want to say :"SAM  stop thinking about that." In your case, say John, Sara, or whoever.  Definitely  say your name in the command because you want to move yourself. You are your own sergeant. 

eg.  You want to approach a speaker  after a speech or the love or your life.  Negative thoughts  such as the speaker is too good and I can not approach him  arises. With the command system, you crush the negatives there.


      Doubts or so many unknowns  create the same effect as negative thoughts. When you are not sure about things around you, you have no certainty within yourself. I usually say " SAM if you do not know what's the matter, what is the point of thinking about it.   This last technique is  extremely effective because I am able to bring my attitude back up.  When you feel pressure building up on you  or you need control over something, you tell yourself: "SAM slow down". You will have to go against the happenings in your life. 
You need to command yourself.
  B.  You want to have a great story. 
  You want to have  a great story . This story is not any normal story, but the character of the story is someone you want to become. These are self-affirmations : you start breathing, feeling, eating ,drinking or etc. with that perspective in mind. 4. Have goals and dreams. Know where you are going or what your purpose is. 

 Your goals are what creates the focal point for your life. This is what allows you to look forward. When goals are put in place,  we manage  life with enthusiasm. Enthusiasm generates mental and physical energy that aid in moving  forward with excitement . My why or purpose in life  is more  of an emotional tie. When your reason has a deep root, you carry out actions without a thought.  My deep root comes from relieveing  my parents of their jobs. They have sweated and bled for me in their lives working to give us a living.  I want them to be free from all this and to do whatever that they want to do. I want to help my brother Gagan finish his architectural degree.  I want to finish up my degree of medicine . I see that I own a hospital that is a huge infrastructure and right at the bottom in the front parking lot I stand there. I am next to my Audi R8 in white panels. There are a couple of spots open so that nobody crashes into my car. I have a huge mansion with many bedrooms, bathrooms , entertainment room,  and  a circular fountain in the front with a  circular driveway around it. I am on my yacht sitting on my lawn chair in my trunk shorts. My beautiful girlfriend hands me the corona beer.  This full picture  of what I want keeps me going. 
This is how I want the Audi R8 to look like and it keeps me going.
